Spam content, in its simplest form, is making the content of other sites that rank well in search engines, and then either used as-it-is or use a utility like Articlebot software to encode the content to the point can not be detected with plagiarism software. In any case, your right, the search engine-friendly content is stolen and used, often as part of an entry page to the attention of search engines you.

Everyone has seen examples of this: the page that looks promising, but it contains a list of terms (such as term - Term Paper - term papers - term limits) that link to other similar lists, each with Google ads. Or the site that contains nothing more than licensed content from Wikipedia. Or the site that plays well in a search, but contains nothing more than an SEO gibberish, often ripped from the place of an expert and chopped into word salad.

These sites are created en masse to provide fertile ground for drawing eyes. It seems a waste of time when you receive a penny to see, even for higher paying ads - but when it gets to 500 places at once, and has figured out how to get all that occur in the first page or two a Google search term profit, can be surprisingly profitable.

The losers are the people who click on these pages, thinking that there is valuable content on these sites - and you. Their places are robbed of ten of these spammers. Google is working hard to block, but there is much more you can do to help Google.

Using the tag Antispam

But there is another loser. One of the advantages of the Internet is that it allows two-way public communication on a scale never seen before. Post a blog, or create a wiki, public comments on his blog, or extensions and changes to your wiki.

The problem? While you have complete control over a site and its contents in the normal way of things, sites that allow user communication remove this complete control of you and give your readers. There is no way to prevent an open blog readers from the publication of unwanted links, except for removing them manually. Even then, the links can be hidden in commas or periods, so it is almost impossible to catch everything.

This leaves open to the accusation of spam links - links to never put out there to begin with. While it is possible that the police several recent blogs, he has written policies one several years ago. However, Google still looks and indexed. In 2002, bloggers everywhere were asking Google to ignore a label of some sort to prevent spiders from indexing areas of comment.

Not only, say, bloggers thanks, everyone with two-way communication without control - wikis, forums, guest books - you need this service from Google. Each of these types of sites has been flooded with spam at some point, forcing some to shut down completely. And Google was needed to help prevent spam rampant in the industry.

In 2005, Google finally responded to these concerns. Although the solution is not all that unwanted online community (for example, leads to potentially good content to be ignored, as well as spam), at least it will allow the party section of your blog that are public. It is the "nofollow".

"Nofollow" allows you to make a portion of its website, if you work on a blog or if you want paid advertising section, as an area that Google spiders should ignore. The good thing is that not only maintain its position in the suffering of spam, but also discourages spammers lose their valuable comments section of text with your trash.

The most basic part of this attribute is that the embedding as a hyperlink. This lets you manually dial links, such as those in paid advertising, such as links Google spiders should ignore. But what if the content is generated by the user? It remains a problem, because they certainly do not have time to go through and mark all the links above.

Fortunately, blogging systems have been sensitive to this new development. If you use Wordpress or other blogs system have been implemented either automated "nofollow" links in the sections of your comment, and have issued plugins that you can implement to prevent this type of spam.

This does not solve all problems. But it is a great start. Make sure you know how the user-generated content system provides this service to you. In most cases, a software upgrade to implement this change for you.

This is spam and Google Me Block?

Another problem with the people of spam. When you're fighting spam search engines and start seeing the different forms it can take - and, disturbingly, realizing that some of their techniques to their rightful place are similar - you have to ask: Is Google going to block for me the techniques of search engine optimization?

This happened recently at BMW's corporate website. Your webmaster, dissatisfied with the position of the dealer, when Internet users to search multiple terms (eg "new car"), created and published a login page - a page with text optimized redirects users to a page often with heavy graphics.

Google is and, rightly or wrongly, quickly dropped your page rank to zero manually. For weeks, searches for its place appeared a lot of spam and dozens of news - but to find its current location, it was necessary to go down to the bottom of the search is not easy to do in Googleworld.

This is why you really need to understand what counts as Google search engine spam, and adhere to its restrictions, even if everyone else is not. Never create a login page, particularly one with spammish data. Instead, use legitimate techniques such as text from the image and the real alternative text on your page. Find ways to get other pages pointing to your site - article submission, for example, or in directories. And keep the content fresh, always.

While the text is duplicated spammage often a sign of serious, Google engineers realize two things: First, the original text is probably still somewhere, and it is unfair that person fall rankings with those who were robbed, and the second type, some parts of the duplicate text, like articles or blog entries, are expected.

His answer to the first question is that the credit of the first site listed with a particular text as the creator, and the abandonment of spam sites, obviously, that one by one rank. The other issue is addressed by looking at other data around the questionable data, if the whole site seems to be widespread, which has also fallen. As long as you are not duplicating the text on many websites to fraudulently inflate your ranking, you're safe. Ask yourself: Are you using the same content on multiple sites registered to you to maximize your chances of being read? If the answer is yes, this is a bad idea and are classified as spamdexing. If the content is not useful for the average Internet is also likely to be classified as spamdexing.

There's a fine line between search engine optimization and spamdexing. You should be familiar with it. Start with reading comprehension hidden / invisible, keyword stuffing, stuffed metatags, web access and scraper sites.
