                        What expected of you as a BOARD CAPTAIN:
-Post regularly on daily basis  or at least every two days in the board you are moderating of course you are going to be participating in any discussions on any section of the forum you like.
-Delete any post you consider spam in the board you are moderating.
-Lock topic that is causing fight on the board you are moderating
-Time Online: Stay online 2 or an Hour every day or at least on every two days (You can split your time a day)
-You don’t have to post any advert of any kind whether direct or indirect as you have been offered something value by way of displaying you banner on the forum boards. As this will decrease the value of the forum.
-Start at least 2 topics a very week. You don’t have to be guru.
-Move topic posted to your section to board you dim fit if not.
-Welcoming new members to the forum
That is all.
You can see is a simple win win, the more you post the more your signature  more than 100 characters will be working for you. Also whether you are online or not your banner advert will be displaying non stop on thousands of posts made all over the forum. You can see some example of banners displaying in the forum.

As moderator apart from admin you are the only person that has right  and will be seeing links to do the following:

Move Topic, Remove Topic, Lock Topic and Merge Topic.
Below is explanation of each of them.
MOVE TOPIC: Enable you to move topic to appropriate if the user post in it in wrong board. Eg New member introducing his or herself to Banking and finance discussion board instead of introduction board.
REMOVE TOPIC: Enable you to completely remove post eg spam, advert etc.
LOCK TOPIC: This enable you to stop discussion on any topic that is causing fight and quarry eg Racism
MERGE TOPIC: If two same topics are started by two persons the second should be merged to the first.
