With online computer users many in this day and age, it is inevitable that computer problems are the mostof them from time to time.

Many of these problems are easily avoided, but that's easy to say for someone with technical knowledge and experience, and not so easy for a large number of users who just want their machines to run as reliably and hassle free as possible.

Many people do not even know where to start when it comes to keeping your PC with the same sweetness as the day they first connected, and for a period of time beginning to notice the amount of time it takes to start in the morning, and seems reluctant to carry out the tasks at one time, just sailed through. At the moment they begin to notice this degradation in performance, the performance of your machine has internet beom and terribly stuck with the "junk" software that the machine has been building every day for months.

There are a variety of reasons for this, but this article is intended to address only one of them - Windows Registry - always an area excluded to all but the technology geeks among us, with dire warnings about the dangers of editing the registration!

This was just as an inexperienced user running rampant with their delete key in the registry minefield would certainly endanger the unfortunate copy of Windows on your machine. Today, things have become much easier ....

It's simple, people now to take care of your Windows Registry and this is fortunate, because with high speed connections to the Internet that allows users to download and install many applications and files, no need long time to register to become covered with horrible strange bits and pieces, all of which gradually decrease the performance of your operating system.

If you do not like the idea of ??further and trying to understand the workings of this mysterious area of ??Windows, there are plenty of software solutions on the market cost today - see the foot of this article for a couple of suggestions. Many of them offer free trial periods, and demonstrate in an easy to understand, just how bad they have become! If you have not checked your registry in a while, if ever, you should serioulsy consider doing so. You'll probably be very happy with the results of a thorough cleaning up, all at the push of a button without risking the ruin of your valuable Windows operating system.

Like antivirus, antispyware / adware programs, a good record leaner should be high on your shopping list. When I've shown people the results of a registry scan after a week of Internet use, are extremely surprised by the many conflicts that arise - often hundreds!

In conclusion, keep your record clean, and if your other system maintenance tasks are kept up to date, you and your PC will be much happier in their partnership for a long time to come.
