Just recently I bought my first piece of rental property and have my first tenants.   I am completely new to the idea of landlord property management
and was wondering what types of things I should look out for.   I have usually done this on abandoned properties and foreclosures.   More of a property preservation role.

I am not sure in reading Your post whether You are talking aboutagricultural land? Just because You have written landlord and tenants. . . .

If it is agricultural, I can give You a bit advice about points that should be discussed before renting out, though I am not from Africa.
