A minimum of 3 years experience in Event Management.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be target driven and motivate a team.
- Have strong leadership profile.
- Be highly creative.
- Be highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Possess very good people management skills.
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Be able to develop; plan and execute strategies.
- Have contacts in events entertainment and media.
B) Marketing Executive.

The ideal candidate should:
- Be smart, friendly with the ability to handle children and should have a flair
for keeping children entertained.
- Be extremely creative with strong persuasive skills
- Design marketing/PR tools fort attracting prospective organizations to the
business.
- Be able to create avenues to ensure that all equiprnedts ate are used
optimelly.
- Develop strategies to drive traffic to the business and ensure that there is a
constant flow of customers at all times.
- Be able to design loyalty programs and incentives for repeat customers.
Qualification/Skill for all candidate:
• All candidates must have a minimum of HND in any relevant course.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good working knOWledge of Microsoft office suite.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong drive to excel
• Excellent people management skills.
• High creativity levels.
• Passion for the job.
Remuneration, to a great exent, will be tied to performance.
