Although there are many things that can lead to distance relationship such as Job transfer of the other partner, vacation or one still under his/her guidance among other. With clear understanding it works.

So many people are into long distance relationship, but what isn't certain is how affective is it.

The African tradition used to hold that a man goes far off in foreign lands to search for provisions for his family and comes back to his family. This was long distance relationship and it was working. Now things have changed, haven't they...
