You'd be astonished how many people assume they have to deprive themselves of their favorite foods in their attempts to live healthier lives.  Others exercise constantly, certain that that's the right path to a healthy lifestyle.  The reality is that there are better and simpler methods to achieve the healthy lifestyle you desire.  
 
In your quest for a healthier body, are you beginning to feel like the gym is your home? Well, it's fine to not spend so much time there.  You can just beging taking walks after a meal, or even on your lunch break at on your job.  When I'm at work, I myself like grabbing a quick bite at lunchtime and then go outside for a 20 minute walk around the office.  A lot of people opt to head outside for a little fresh air while they walk, rain or shine.  When you go for a walk, you feel a lot better as your blood gets circulating and begins to bring more blood to your entire body, especially your brain.
