difficulties in reading classified

Hi there             
             
So I am researching for a little assistance or just recommendation currently : I'd like to stop eyestrain when browsing magazines and / or books.             
Indeed I really feel not comfortable when reading putting on standard computer reader glasses then I need to be aware of if somebody already heard about any kind of spectacles or alternatively lenses which are not necessarily usual readers and could possibly suit for a person like myself.             
Users could certainly communicate with me by way of individual message or perhaps simply answering on that post.
