Finally, you can not be British as any compulsion however it is essential that you have to be UK pension scheme’s member.  Furthermore, you need to also plan to get out of UK to your tenure of five years minimum.  Generally, everyone is able to get QROPS, but it really 's better to seek preliminary information of your subject theme and avoid hassle.
