Hi everyone,
Sorry for being a bit off-topic, but its kind of an emergency!
I have an acne problem, and a friend of mine suggested glycolic acid for the treatment, but I am a bit confused by the strength of glycolic acid.  Are concentrations over 15% considered safe?
On this website about Glycolic Gel it says that glycolic acid concentration of more than 15% is considered hazardous material in the USA!
Do you know if I can I buy glycolic facial cleanser
with more than 15% AHA over the counter or is it only by doctor's prescription?
