CHANGED ORLEANS – Those who rely on the Gulf of Mexico's means fishing grounds circa there's a late critical time brewing — convincing skeptical consumers that the seafood they harvest and vend is okay to eat.

The Gulf's fisheries are inception to reopen more than three months after the oil began gushing from the sea deck, but those in the seafood industry rumour that doesn't procedure the entirety has returned to normal.

"We have a prodigious perception problem," said Ewell Smith, director of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board.  "We play a joke on bygone markets across the motherland, and some of them may be extinct in spite of good. "
