1. FIELD SALES MANAGERS

* Develop & update the territory coverage plan.
* Territory profitability/RIO action plan & follow up.
* Implement trade related activities: promos, launches, re-launches.
* On the job training through accompaniment on agreed PJP as per contract norms.
* Customer care/satisfaction administration
* Compilation/dissemination of market trend data/report from field visits.
Qualifications
* A good social science first degree from a recognised university
* 2-3 years
* Maximum age is 33 years

2. SALES ASSISTANTS

DETAILS:
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will attend to customers and ensure that they receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment. You will provide excellent service delivery by ensuring uncompromising customer satisfaction. In addition, you will assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.

You must have a minimum of OND. You must be friendly and pleasant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be presentable, smart and confident. You must be hardworking and energetic. Willingness to learn and ability to learn fast is essential. Ability to use the computer is necessary.


3. DESIGN MANAGER

DETAILS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will: 1. Perform structural and civil engineering designs for the various company’s projects. 2. Ensure engineering quality through reviews and checks of the work of lower grade engineers and technicians. 3. Perform structural and civil engineering design calculations, prepare technical reports, develop design criteria, select material and determine physical arrangements for structural and civil features; taking into account performance, cost, operability, maintainability and applicable codes and standards.

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER, INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide practical internal communication support to the function of the business as well as the corporate relations manager on communication matters.
* Develop feedback mechanisms on employee’s requirement for internal communications.
* Manage existing internal communications channels and develop new areas of employee communication/interaction.
* Manage internal and external websites.
* Support change programmes and other company events.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) MANAGER

Assist sales operation manager to ensure a smooth and cost effective operation between the company, customers, and specific third parties.


5. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH OFFICER

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Medical Doctor (MD) with license to practice in Nigeria
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications desirable
• Demonstrated competence in IT skills including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and ‘online’ communication systems

6. Wildlife Officer

Applicants must possess;
- A degree in natural sciences
- At least 2 years working experience in protected area or ecotourism centre
- Good oral and writing skill
- Good knowledge of names and uses plants and animals
- Physically fit, mentally sound, good team player

7. EXPERIENCED ELECTRONIC ENGINEERS

Applicants must possess a minimum of a second class university degree or HND in electronic engineering at least 1 years experience & IEEE accredited. Candidates must be computer literate and have good presentation skills

REMUNERATION: Compensation packages to be offered to the above positions will be negotiated depending on the experience and capability.

8. EXPERIENCED SEISMIC OBSERVERS

Applicants must possess a minimum of second class University Degree in Electronic Engineering with at least 1 years experience on a seismic crew. Candidates must also demonstrate inter personal and organizational skill in handling large recording crews. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using the sercel 408 and 428 recording systems.

REMUNERATION: Compensation packages to be offered to the above positions will be negotiated depending on the experience and capability.

9.  SALES MANAGER
  The person will drive the sales revenue as per the business plan for Devices  & Solutions via an assigned set of customers.  He will do this by  taking active

  • ABILITY TO RECRUIT AND TRAIN DRIVERS
  • RISK ASSESSMENT OF TRANSPORTATIO N ROUTES AND SITES ACROSS NIGERIA
  • MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE
 
13.  RETAIL & CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER
  • This manager will be responsible for full leverage of theme based marketing  for different channels, all customer marketing deliverables.
