Greetings,   
I am an American.  I prefer to Build an Animation Studio in India.  Now i'm exploring for computer animators.  I preferred India simply because it is more affordable compared to U. S.  I need to fully understand the procedures for starting up a organization in India, specifically an animation studio.   
   
Can you people please guide me out?
