How to know whether it is God's will for you to marry Him or Her?
God is the one who instituted marriage,in Genesis chapter 2:24,He said that a time will come when a man will leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife and two of them shall become one.This was also repeated in Matthew 19:5 and Mark 10:7.So marriage was instituted by God,God founded it.
God who founded it is also the one who knows the best person for you to marry,He is not a match maker,He is a destiny match maker.Your destiny has been matched with someone maritally even before you were born.Jeremiah 1:5. To confirm this in John chapter 4:17-18 Jesus told the samaritan woman He met by the well that she has had 5 husbands and the one she is with is not her husband.Remember He first asked her to go and call her husband in verse 16,then she replied that she has no husband.He was not referring to the fact that she was not legally married,but the point Jesus was making was that the man she was with is not her destined life partner.
You may not hear a voice saying this is your wife or husband.You may not see the sign,but if you live a life of obedience to God's word,God will ensure that you marry the right person.He bring the right person your way when you are completely obeying His word on all issues.Disobedience is a robber of God's perfect plan for us. Many people want to know the perfect will of God for them maritally while they are still living in disobedience.Begin to obey the regular,general will and instruction of God and you will enter into His perfect will for you maritally,automatically.
