Staff turnover costs companies millions of dollars year. The cost of lost work days, interviewing candidates, reviewing resumes, checking references, the presentation of documentation and training of new staff is much more expensive, in most cases, creating a work environment where employees are happy and want to stay. If you are concerned about declining morale in your company, here are some things you can do to keep employees happy and productive.

Dar bonds. Even a small premium can mean a lot. Bonds to improve productivity and boost morale. Explore the possibility of different bonus structures, including: bonuses, birthday bonuses week, the bond sale, rental bond anniversary of the date, and education premiums.

A personal retirement plan. Time to relax and meet colleagues in a social environment improves teamwork and again, productivity. However, many people do not want to spend a weekend away from their families, even if you put in a good hotel. Think of a staff retreat day twice a year. Near the office in a day's work and spend the day at the spa, play golf at a theme park, go to dinner and a movie, hiking, kayaking, or at the zoo.

Paying for education. Most community colleges and computer centers offer relatively low-cost classes to help improve computer skills, management skills and leadership, and language skills. If an employee is willing to spend time taking one of these classes, you reward him / her for repayment of tuition or give them a completion bonus. The desire to increase education and learn new skills is an attribute of a good employee.

Involve your family. An annual summer party or picnic is a great way to bring over the employees along with their families. Even a barbecue in the park with a softball game or water balloons can be fun. During the holidays, rent an ice rink or doing it all together to volunteer at a soup kitchen.
Buy new chairs and keyboard trays. Let your employees know that their comfort and safety is your concern. Most employees do not spend more than $ 100 on a keyboard tray, but it could. Who would not want a top-of-the-line keyboard tray that fits ergonomically correct height and tilt with the touch of a finger? We found great deals on products Versa

They have casual days. Casual Friday are nice, but so are special days once a month informal. People come to work in jeans and comfortable shoes and they'll be in a better mood.
Kraft free services. Most employers offer coffee to their staff, but in the end to what is personal. Keep healthy snacks once a week as a fruit basket, mini individual salads, or trays of donuts. You can also stock up Stash or Tazo teas, biscuits, yogurt, granola bars and 100 calorie bags of chips, cookies and pretzels. Lunch delivered once every two weeks is also a nice gesture and employees appreciate the money saved from having to buy lunch out. Another fun event is for employees to make lunch once a month. Alternating between men and women, different divisions of the company, etc. Make sure top management even means. The staff learn new recipes and techniques from other employees and they have fun. The rest will enjoy the meal!

Flexible schedules. If possible, give staff schedules to suit their needs and reduce travel time.
Gym memberships. Pay for gym memberships or pay a Pilates instructor to come once a week after work is a good way to encourage employees to stay fit.
