I don't know Africa's leaders’ opinion but they do tell us they are doing their best which I hope so.
In my opinion I think isn't what we should leave for government alone we are have a role to play be investing in Africa (as saw your post in board in this forum where you're for assistance to invest in the continent such is a welcome development). We should thinking about entrepreneurship as this is one of gate ways to improve employment rate.

I think is one of leaders jobs to create jobs for the country men and women.
They are trying their best is just that their best isn't enough.
I think we should focus our mind in being self employ as this is a good starting point.
