i wounder the magic this man called Jega wants to perform, without structure in place, Voters Register ,working with same old personnel, No electorial Act in place because of the power strugle between the Executive and the NASS.  Inshort he need to tell him self the gospel truth Jan date is not posibble if he wants to conduct a credible electoin as cliamed.
